Intern, Product Operations - Digital Health (Multiple Locations)
**Considering candidates in San Mateo, Santa Barbara, or US-based remote**
We are seeking a Product Operations Intern who will support the execution of our product strategies for our core Research Platform. As part of our Product Operations team, you will work with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful program deliveries & scaled product knowledge. You will focus on optimizing the product development process and customer experience to ensure users get value and internal teams are enabled to do their jobs efficiently. Ideal candidates have experience in an agile software development environment, technical writing, and are eager and motivated to work in a fast-paced, highly fluid environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Product Operations team to scale product knowledge and increase transparency across the business
- Support the Product Operations team's quarterly objectives and projects that drive the business forward
- Work with cross-functional teams to operationalize the configuration and customization for the Research platform to support incoming projects and studies
- Work with Engineering, Product Management & QA to support internal testing efforts to ensure the products meets the intended behavior
- Triage and manage the resolution of issues that arise during project execution
- Address customer needs & product user issues via creative workarounds using internal configuration tools
- Identify opportunities for improving process or introducing automation
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ professional working experience
- High degree of intellectual curiosity and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented work culture, providing back-up and support to team members
- A passion for delivering an excellent experience for users
- Strong desire to work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with an Agile or SaaS environment.
- Working knowledge of Pharma Development or Med Tech
- Experience with regulatory needs and SDLC
