As Wish’s popularity continues to rise, we are looking to break down language barriers and connect with our users around the globe. We are currently seeking a Localization Project Manager intern to help us achieve this goal. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, possess exceptional communication skills, and be comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and able to commit to a full-time (40 hour work week) internship from August/September - December.
What you'll be doing:
Drive localization projects to successful delivery, while effectively managing priorities and communicating with cross-functional stakeholders
Work cross-functionally to understand localization needs, requirements, and blockers
Maintain and optimize localization processes and workflows
Evangelize localization best practices across the company
Review, prioritize, track, and resolve localization issues
Work closely with our vendors on the timely delivery of projects
Partner with our internal team of Language Managers
Working towards or recently graduated with a degree program with a focus on localization project management or related field
Knowledge of industry standard localization tools (e.g. TMS)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
A detail-oriented working style
Smartling experience a plus
