About the Partnerships & Loyalty Team

The Partnerships & Loyalty team is part of Varo’s Product organization and an important contributor to customer and revenue growth. The team is responsible for 3 areas. 1) Build a network of partners that offer products and services compelling to Varo’s existing customers, generating cross-sell revenue and increased customer engagement. 2) Drive customer growth by partnering with companies that can offer Varo to their customer base. 3) Design and manage loyalty initiatives & programs to drive customer engagement and share of wallet.

About the Partnerships Account Management Analyst Role

In this role you will support the partnerships team in onboarding and managing partner relationships. You will play a key role in helping grow the partnerships business and maintain strong relationships with our partners.

This role is currently virtual, but you must be located in San Francisco, Utah, or New York.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work with the BD Manager alongside other teams to bring partners through the due diligence and go to market process.
• Collect and analyze performance data across partners, communicate insights to GM and direct reports
• Work with partners in day to day activities such as refreshing marketing collaterals, invoicing
• Conduct research to identify new partnership opportunities, participate in partner calls
• Organize partnerships pipeline (current and in progress) and create weekly partnership pipeline reports
