Wish is looking for a Product Design Intern who is eager and excited to innovate in the ecommerce space at our San Francisco office. Design interns work collaboratively alongside designers, engineers, and product managers to conquer challenging problems and make a real impact on mobile ecommerce. Own the product and apply your range of product, interaction, and visual design skills to improve the usability of the app and develop new features for users around the world!

Job Duties:

-Logically visualize complex systems, design wireframes, interaction flows, prototypes, mock ups, and beautiful interfaces to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

-Work with data and users to critically analyze the outcomes of your designs to identify pain points and iterate

-Gauge the usability of new and existing designs and make constructive suggestions for change

-Communicate design rationale and provide feedback

-Be comfortable working with ambiguity

Qualifications:

-Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a BS, MS, or PhD in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or combination of relevant experience

-Solid portfolio demonstrating mobile, product thinking, visual, and interaction design work

-Experience with graphic and UI design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch

-Experience with prototyping tools

-Ability to emphasize and build experiences for your audience

-Strong, clean visual design sense
