The Product Management Intern will work on specific projects that can include customer research, competitive analysis, capabilities assessment, and requirements definitions.

The scope and expectations of a specific project will be determined in conjunction with the Product Management Director and other key stakeholders to identify the specific deliverables and work activities as well as identify who will be the key collaborators.

The Product Management Intern will consult with stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, and solution concepts for a focused 2-3 month project. Possible projects may cover vendor/customer portal, UI accessibility requirements, product usage/feature adoption tracking, product provisioning user experience, expanded audit trail, import utilities, integration and extension capabilities. Specifics to be determined based on candidate's experience and interests. 

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate relevant current product capabilities
• Perform competitive analysis / research into other applications' capabilities
• Review specific target markets such as geographies or vertical industries and determine key requirements for those specific areas
• Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, partners, internal customer facing groups, and application PMs
• Conceptualize, validate and refine solutions/designs with UX, application PMs, customers, and other stakeholders
