The Product Management Intern will do customer research and consult with stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, and solution concepts for a focused 2-3-month project. Possible projects may cover product, market, competitive analysis and research on subscription-based business on billing, payments, notification and workflow automation. Additional projects may include detail search and use case gathering for credit card payment processing, working closely with our software, payments teams and customers to enhance invoice to payment process. Specifics to be determined based on candidate's experience and interests. 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate relevant current product capabilities
  • Perform competitive analysis / research into other applications' capabilities
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, partners, internal customer facing groups, and application PMs
  • Conceptualize, validate and refine solutions/designs with UX, application PMs, customers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Analytical, critical thinker
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Currently enrolled in college/university, ideally pursing computer science or human computer interaction degree
