Revenue Operations Intern
Freshworks is looking for a Revenue Operations intern to join the Business Insights & Forecasting team! This intern will plan, develop, and execute strategies to retain and expand Freshwork's recurring revenue. We are looking for a strong analytical person with a drive to learn the industry in a key role at a fast-growing SaaS company.
Responsibilities:
Assist with quarterly and annual revenue retention forecasting and strategic planning
Analyze past performances and predict future insights
Partner with key partners to establish trends and build models
Build out models and present data at end of the internship
Work closely with the Accounting/RevOps leadership team, gaining exposure to business leaders and executives across the company
Work on ad-hoc requests to support the teams which include generating and analyzing reports, preparing statements, preparing presentations and analysis for the management team
Requirements:
MBA preferred, open to a current undergraduate student enrolled in an accredited university; Field of study in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Previous internship experience in the Tech or SaaS industry is a plus!
Proficiency in Excel (Basic SQL/Power BI is plus)
Positive, professional, and outgoing personality with the ability to work in a team environment
Highly organized, persuasive and skilled at working with numbers
Desire to gain work experience in a leading SaaS company
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without any restrictions
Availability:
This is a fixed term, 12-week internship (40/hrs per week)
