The Business Analyst, Sales Ops Internship role in our Majors Ops Team. The role supports the entire Majors Organization across the US, and will assist in developing and management of SFDC dashboards, Tableau automation, tracking pipeline metrics, as well as assist with Territory planning and driving strategic initiatives.
Job Scope:
Assist the Majors Sales team by delivering on high priority ad-hoc projects
Build and manage SFDC dashboards for the Majors team
Maintain pipegen/pipeline master files, bookings master files
Manage weekly executive deck and dashboard updates
Lead automation initiatives to improve existing processes within the Majors organization.
Coordinating with other teams/departments and cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications:
Junior or Senior undergraduate students
Customer relationship management (Salesforce), Tableau, Marketing automation software experience preferred
Enthusiasm and desire to learn and be successful in business development and sales.
Positive, professional and outgoing personality with the ability to work in a team environment
Highly organized, persuasive and good with numbers.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Presentation Skills
Learns quickly and asks questions
Availability:
Full-time [10-week internship]
Must be available to start either June 8th, 2021 or June 15th, 2021
