Senior Internal Communications Manager
Webflow is a visual web development platform that empowers non-coders to create incredible experiences for the web.
We’re looking for a Senior Internal Communications Manager to help us increase participation and engagement through creative and effective communications methods. Team Engagement aims to synergize the external and internal communities within Webflow and make the team member lifecycle fun, interactive and easy to digest.

As a Senior Internal Communications Manager, you’ll …
- Develop, distribute and socialize effective, engaging and inclusive content to internal team members.
- Synthesize, streamline and maintain all legacy documentation to ensure all sources of truth are accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage multiple channels and platforms to ensure messages are optimized by their medium, including but not limited to: video production, blog posts, slack messages, emails, and of course, Webflow sites.
- Build internal cross-functional relationships with leaders and key stakeholders to support change management across the company through internal communications
- Collaborate with teams such as Marketing, Brand Design, and Talent on communications such as a weekly newsletter, blog content, job descriptions, memos and other internal business communications.
- Frequently audit Slack channels, extended network community channels, candidate experience portals and more to provide a valuable feedback loop for our People team.
- Bring a positive, inclusive energy as an internal ambassador of Webflow!

About you
You’ll thrive as our Senior Internal Communications Manager if you have:
- Big dreams and a creative vision
- A “customer-first” mindset, both for our business partners and internal team members
- Interest in the tech landscape and Webflow’s product
- A wonderful voice and tone as a writer with impeccable grammar, accuracy, and time management
- Experience working in a rapid growth tech company and its common communications channels (e.g. Slack, Zoom)
- Experience organizing high volumes of documentation and tooling across a company
- Past involvement in People Ops and cultural implementation
