Position: Software Engineering Intern (Masters)

Responsibilities:

• Fundamental understanding of web services and REST

• Implement REST API clients to interact with Cloud services using spring framework

• Ability to work with JSON, different data structures, databases and algorithms

• Contribute in coding components of a large-scale distributed system with a keen sense for high performance and scalability

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure it meets requirements

• Participate in some phases of the product development cycle, like development, test and debut

Requirements:

• Must remain enrolled in a Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent for the duration of the internship and graduate between December 2021 - June 2022
• Proficiency in Java, Python
• Knowledge in Springboot, message queues like Kafka, caching technologies
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong software design, profiling and verification skills
• Very good debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter takes initiative & ownership, identifies and completes tasks; goal driven
• Ability to work with remote teams, handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines
