We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Talent Acquisition Intern to join Voyage’s Talent team. This internship will allow you to experience the talent acquisition world and provide an amazing opportunity for professional development in a cutting edge domain of autonomous vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Learn the basics of our internal recruiting systems, and help track candidates through a seamless process via Lever, our applicant tracking system
• Own scheduling and coordination with external candidates and internal employees
• Assist in key initiatives and projects with the VP of Talent that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and build our Talent brand
• Continue to think of ways to innovate on the candidate experience
• Build pipeline via LinkedIn, boolean searches, or other sourcing platforms & techniques

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any fields
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter who is result oriented, resourceful, analytical, innovative, and intellectually curious
• Demonstrate strong ability to embrace and adapt to change and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Available for a part-time 2-3 month internship at 20/hrs a week
