  Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager who is passionate about leveraging technology to make a difference in the world. The IT Manager will lead our IT department, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure in support of our hardware manufacturing and company operations. This role requires a unique blend of hands-on technical expertise, leadership, and a passion for climate technology. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing IT operations within a technology-driven environment, preferably with exposure to hardware manufacturing.



Roles & Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable operation of IT services including help desk, network security, software applications, and hardware/laptop systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IT needs and provide technology solutions that enhance productivity and support innovation in hardware development.
  • Lead IT projects, including the selection and deployment of hardware and software, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Establish and maintain IT policies and systems that comply with industry standards and regulations, with an emphasis on data security and intellectual property protection.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and products.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in IT and climate technology, evaluating and recommending tools and technologies that can enhance our hardware development efforts.
  • Ensure effective disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place and tested regularly.
 Key Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in IT management.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network management, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Experience in managing IT projects, including planning, execution, and budget management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
 Additional Qualifications Desired
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience in a technology-driven or  hardware manufacturing/development environment.

Work Location:  Onsite - San Jose, CA

Salary Range:  $138,000 USD - $170,000 USD

Salary Basis:  Annual

Please note that the salary range listed above reflects Antora Energy's estimated pay for this position. The actual salary offered will be within the posted range and determined based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experiences, credentials and expertise, as they pertain to the position's requirements.
