Lead Digital Marketing Manager will assist in the strategic development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing programs through lead generation and brand awareness initiatives. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization to help drive pipeline from paid channels.
The ideal candidate will have a history of driving successful media primarily across paid search but also be familiar with paid social and display. They also should have a proven track record of working cross-functionally and with a team of paid experts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with a team of paid media experts to execute global paid search strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals and collaboration across digital channels
• Assist in the planning, tracking, and continued optimization of all paid search initiatives
• Work closely with paid social leads to help optimize campaign mix across channels such as LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, Quora, YouTube, display and programmatic
• Monitor global budgets for marketing programs across Google, Microsoft, and other paid search channels, ensuring optimal ROI
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the marketing organization to align on messaging and keyword mix
• Determine and prioritize key performance indicators to attain demand generation goals
• Identify new paid channels to address marketing needs and opportunities
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform program development and strategic initiatives
• Monitor program performance and provide reports to senior management with insights and recommendations

Qualifications• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred but not required
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on paid search
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and programs
• Ability to partner closely with cross-functional teams to understand and execute on key initiatives
• Understanding of SEM best practices and ability to manage multiple products simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Self-sufficient and expertise with marketing analytics and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Skill:
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools/platforms like 6Sense, CM360, DV360, and programmatic advertising
• Careful attention to detail, with a strong bias towards data
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Power BI or other business intelligence tools
