Who We Are

Stensul is transforming how enterprise marketing teams create content. Our AI-powered, no-code platform cuts content creation time by up to 90%, enabling global brands to move from weeks to minutes, from idea to approved, on-brand, compliant assets.

Stensul integrates seamlessly with every system that matters in modern marketing— ESPs/MAPs, DAMs, CRMs, CMSs, compliance systems, and AI platforms —to make complex creation workflows simple, fast, and scalable. Top brands like BlackRock, Cisco, Equifax, Siemens, Greenhouse, and Thomson Reuters trust Stensul to power compliant, high-performing marketing at scale.

We’re a people-first company built on Garra, Learning Agility, Above & Beyond, and Team Players - values that shape how we build, grow, and win together.

Position Overview

We’re looking for an exceptional Lead Product Manager to own our Interoperability and Extensibility charter at Stensul, one of our most critical growth engines.

This leader will define and execute the product vision for how Stensul connects into every part of the modern marketing stack: Salesforce, Adobe, Veeva, Workfront, AEM, Figma, and 30+ more. You’ll lead a cross-functional squad to deliver the APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and connectors that enable deep interoperability and extensibility to  unlock the next phase of AI-powered, agentic workflows across the enterprise ecosystem.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the integration product area of 35+ connectors. Define strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for APIs, SDKs, and enterprise connectors that extend Stensul’s reach and value.
  • Deeply understand customer architecture across complex enterprise environments (MAP, CRM, DAM, CMS, LLM, workflows, compliance) to identify integration opportunities that reduce friction and drive adoption.
  • Translate vision to execution, leading discovery, design, and delivery across multiple engineering and GTM teams.
  • Define developer experience standards, shaping how third parties build on Stensul via public APIs, SDKs, and partner ecosystems.
  • Partner with GTM and Customer Success to create monetization models and launch frameworks for integrations that accelerate revenue and stickiness.
  • Collaborate with AI and platform teams to ensure integrations support next-gen workflows powered by autonomous AI agents and LLMs.
  • Represent Stensul externally with customers, partners, and the industry to strengthen our position as the interoperability leader in enterprise marketing creation.

What You’ll Need
  • 7+ years in Product Management, including ownership of APIs, SDKs, or platform integrations in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong technical fluency: comfortable working with REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, OAuth, and data models. (Bonus: experience with LLM, agentic workflow, or AI platform integrations.)
  • Deep empathy for developers, architects, and technical buyers; proven ability to design elegant, extensible systems.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance customer-driven insights with long-term platform scalability.
  • Excellent communicator who can simplify technical complexity for executive, GTM, and non-technical audiences alike.
  • Experience leading distributed cross-functional teams through discovery and delivery, using modern agile practices.
  • Passion for connecting systems and people—turning integration complexity into user delight.

Why You’ll Love Working Here!
  • Competitive compensation package that includes equity - everyone has a stake in our growth
  • Comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents, as well as a 401(k), life insurance, commuter benefits and parental leave plans
  • Flexible time off policy, empowering you to balance work & life in the way that suits you best
  • Regular Recharge, ensuring that you consistently take time to reset
  • A culture that prioritizes collaboration and transparency, as well as internal mobility and growth
  • A chance to build the backbone of enterprise marketing creation—connecting the world’s most trusted brands to the next generation of AI-driven content workflows

Salary information: The estimated base salary for this position is $190k - $210k USD. Additionally, we offer both significant equity and comprehensive benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
