The Opportunity...
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Qualification Specialist to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating incoming leads, identifying high-quality opportunities, and ensuring they are properly routed to the appropriate sales team members. This role is critical to optimizing the sales funnel and driving business growth.

How You'll Contribute...

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and other channels.

  • Conduct initial outreach to assess lead interest, fit, and readiness to buy.

  • Use lead scoring criteria to prioritize and categorize leads.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion strategies.

  • Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly activity and conversion metrics.

What We're Looking For...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, call center, customer service, or a related field (preferred but not required)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly organized with great attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Bonus Points...

  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or ZoomInfo.

  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and SaaS business models.

  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
