  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics, using insights to optimize marketing strategies and continuously improve impact.
  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for new and existing products, ensuring strong positioning, impactful launch plans, and sustained adoption.
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation to identify high-impact opportunities, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.
  • Create compelling messaging and sales enablement materials to effectively communicate HomeLight’s value proposition to real estate professionals.
  • Develop and manage marketing assets such as landing pages, product collateral, email nurture sequences, customer education materials, and social media content.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Lifecycle, and Design teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive cross-functional execution.

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, and/or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a B2B2C fintech, proptech, or startup environment.
  • Proven ability to develop, execute, and measure full-funnel marketing strategies that drive both customer acquisition and retention.
  • Expertise in demand generation growth marketing, lifecycle automation, content marketing, and sales enablement.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Webflow, Iterable, Google Analytics, HotJar, AirTable, Canva, and Figma.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data to inform decisions, optimize campaigns, and measure ROI.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to translate complex products into clear, engaging marketing materials.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple initiatives at once.
