- Negotiate contracts for products and services.
- Prepare and amend contracts between the company and potential clients.
- Support the implementation and ongoing use of a contract management system.
- Work cross-functionally with a range of internal teams, including procurement, sales, and facilities.
- Maintain and improve our body of contract templates.
- Facilitate our compliance initiatives, such as ensuring that DPAs are in place with key vendors.
- You have experience negotiating commercial agreements, including MSAs, sales agreements, and data processing agreements.
- You relish the opportunity to build and implement processes.
- You see the glass as half full and pride yourself on your ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
- You have a bachelor’s degree.
- You have 3+ years legal experience in a similar role.
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- You possess in-depth knowledge of procurement processes and business acumen.
- You have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Prior in-house experience.
- Experience in the tech industry.
- Played a role in implementing a contract management system.
