RingCentral, Inc. is seeking a motivated self-starter with exceptional organizational and customer service skills to assist a busy team of procurement contract negotiators with the intake and tracking of contract assignments, providing responses to status requests, assisting internal customers with following procurement process, assisting negotiators with obtaining final approvals and signatures, and manage electronic filings of executed agreements.
Interact regularly with internal customers and stakeholders regarding the status of contract negotiations and assistance with internal procurement procedures.
Receive intake of contract requests and assign to negotiators based on contract type and workload.
Assist in obtaining approvals and signatures via DocuSign.
Upload fully executed agreements into the Contract Lifecycle Management (“CLM”) tool.
Support negotiators with updating CLM records and other administrative tasks as needed.
Possess independent and creative judgment with a moderate degree of your supervisor’s attention.
Assist in other projects in the Legal department as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
A bachelor's degree is preferred but will consider candidates with contract administration experience in lieu of a degree.
1-3 years of work experience in a corporate setting.
Must be able to work independently.
Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, and plan and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-oriented environment.
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products. CLM experience a plus.
