Compliance Officer

What projects are you most excited about?

The project I am most excited about from an IT perspective is the Zero Touch Deployment. This means that the Service Desk would spend less time building out laptop systems and more time developing services that allow for users to self-serve themselves.

Global Service Manager

How does the company support your career growth?

We have four feedback cycles per year (although my manager and I actually have these every 6 weeks) and very clear frameworks that describe what skills and competencies you need to advance to the next level. Anyone who is willing to learn and collaborate will have no shortage of opportunities to grow.

Senior Manager

What is your vision for the company?

Imagine a company which welcomes it's employees and customers virtually as much as it does physically. A company where we foster both innovation and diversity with a strong commitment toward building community. That company is Funding Circle.

Senior Project Manager

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

I was employee number 75 back when I joined Funding Circle. I wore many hats for several years but by doing so I gained a deep understanding of our global organization. Having this knowledge has helped me become a successful strategic thinker and manager.
