Legal Operations Team Lead
- Managing a team of smart individual contributors to ensure that all matters related to law enforcement response, copyright and trademark, and civil legal process are handled properly and efficiently
- Serving as an escalation point for law enforcement response, copyright, and trademark questions from direct reports
- Rolling up your sleeves to contribute to those areas when needed
- Driving data-supported operational and tooling improvements
- Deep experience in at least one of the following areas: law enforcement response, copyright and trademark, or processing civil legal process
- Expertise in at least one of the following: ECPA, DMCA, civil procedure
- Passion for legal operations and excitement about mentorship
Qualifications
- Candidates should be local (San Francisco Bay Area) or willing to relocate.
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years in a relevant legal operations role at a tech company or similar
- Cover letter is mandatory!
- Experience managing people
- Fluency in SQL and Python
- Familiarity with ticketing systems
