Graphite Financial is a growing boutique finance, accounting, tax, and strategy firm (www.graphitefinancial.com) built to help startup and high-growth companies scale efficiently and sustainably. Graphite Financial is redefining the “finance department” for early-stage companies and VC-backed startups. We deliver high-caliber accounting and finance leadership and support to entrepreneurs and management teams building scalable, high-growth companies. Our clients are actively managing cash burn, measuring performance, reporting to investors, making capital allocation decisions, and preparing for fundraising. All of that takes expertise and time that founders don’t have and can’t afford to hire for. Graphite bridges the gap with flexible, fixed-fee support packages that provide fractional leadership and operational support from CFOs, Controllers, FP&A Managers, and Tax leaders.

About the Role
Graphite is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to own the programs that turn interest into intent. They manage the strategies and systems that capture, educate, and convert prospects through the middle of the funnel — optimizing every touchpoint between first engagement and sales readiness.

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager drives conversion through website optimization, mid-funnel content, and automated nurture programs, building multi-channel experiences that keep prospects moving and connected. They analyze funnel performance, identify drop-offs, and collaborate with RevOps and Sales to close gaps between marketing engagement and pipeline creation.

This role blends curiosity with precision. They experiment across channels, test creative and sequencing, and design journeys that make prospects feel informed, confident, and ready to take the next step with Graphite.

What You’ll Do

  • Website & Conversion Optimization — Audit and improve Graphite’s site experience, landing pages, and CTAs to increase lead capture and conversion rates.
  • Nurture & Email Campaigns — Build automated journeys that educate, warm, and advance prospects toward sales readiness.
  • Mid-Funnel Content — Create and leverage content that clarifies value, addresses friction, and supports evaluation.
  • Data & Testing — Monitor funnel performance, test messaging and sequencing, and optimize programs based on insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work closely with Sales, RevOps, and Demand Gen to ensure seamless handoffs and aligned goals.
  • Lead Scoring & Segmentation — Refine targeting to get the right message to the right audience at the right time.

What You’ll Bring

  • A sharp understanding of how prospects move through a B2B SaaS funnel and what actually influences conversion.
  • Experience building lifecycle, nurture, or mid-funnel programs that turn passive interest into active intent.
Strong copy instincts and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging.
  • A data-first mindset — comfortable pulling insights, spotting friction, and iterating quickly.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot (or another MAP) and the mechanics of segmentation, scoring, workflows, and experimentation.
  • The ability to partner well across teams — especially Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing — and keep programs aligned with GTM priorities.
  • Curiosity, resourcefulness, and a calm, organized approach when managing multiple projects and inputs.

We are committed to investing in our team with a highly competitive and comprehensive compensation package:

Competitive Salary:

  • Base Salary Range: $65,000 – $90,000 annually. Note: Salary within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and market competitiveness.
  • Performance Incentive: An annual performance bonus of up to 6% of the base salary, rewarding achievements tied directly to key business objectives.

Comprehensive Benefits & Perks:

  • Health & Wellness: Competitive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage. 100% of the employee's health insurance premium is covered by the company.
  • Financial Security: Company-paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability insurance.
  • Work/Life Balance To Include: Generous Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO), 11 Paid Company Holidays, and comprehensive Paid Parental Leave.
  • Remote Work Setup: Fully remote position with company-provided technology equipment and a $250 technology stipend to support your ideal home office setup.
  • 401k: With a company match
