Administer the Intellum LMS, manage user permissions, troubleshoot technical issues, execute SQL queries, and support API integrations. Oversee data operations and ensure platform stability and accuracy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
We are seeking a highly capable Learning Technology Platform Administrator with recent, hands-on experience administering the Intellum LMS. This role requires strong technical acumen, data management skills, and the ability to support complex platform integrations and manage high volumes of support activity. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our learning technology infrastructure is stable, scalable, and aligned with evolving business needs.
This is a part-time consultant position, targeting about 4 hours per week

Pay: Starting at $80/hour on W2
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator of the Intellum LMS platform, overseeing user management, permissions, system settings, learning paths, and data integrity.
- Manage and troubleshoot API integrations with external systems such as HRIS, CRMs, or reporting platforms.
- Handle large-scale batch data operations, including user provisioning, training data imports, updates, and error resolution.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to inbound data tables, SCORM tracking, and LMS analytics.
- Write and execute SQL queries to support reporting, data validation, and learning analytics.
- Monitor and respond to a high volume of support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in HR, IT, Compliance, and L&D to maintain platform stability and high data accuracy.
- Use tools like Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet to track administrative tasks, system requests, and platform improvements.
- Support QA and change management processes related to platform updates, data uploads, or integration releases.
- Provide regular reporting and insights using custom dashboards or data exports from the LMS.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of recent experience administering the Intellum LMS in a complex or enterprise environment.
- Deep understanding of SCORM standards and course behavior in LMS environments.
- 1+ years of hands-on SQL experience for troubleshooting, reporting, and data validation.
- Proven experience managing and troubleshooting API integrations, including with RESTful services.
- Experience in executing large-scale batch data processes, including user and training data synchronization.
- Ability to resolve issues related to data mismatches, tracking anomalies, and LMS reporting inconsistencies.
- Understanding of data privacy and security protocols, including GDPR or enterprise data governance practices.
- Experience supporting or leading QA processes for system configuration changes or data operations.
- Skilled at coordinating platform configuration changes or LMS feature implementations within structured environments.
- Proficient in learning analytics, reporting, and data export workflows from an LMS.
- Familiarity with error logging and API monitoring tools such as Postman or Stackdriver.
- Demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize a high volume of support tickets, ensuring efficient issue resolution.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Compliance, and L&D.
- Experience using project/task management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet to manage platform-related activities.
