About the team

The Enterprise Sales team partners with some of the world’s largest and most innovative businesses to help them leverage Stripe’s technology to launch new business models and reach new markets.
As a Manager on the Enterprise New Business team, you’ll lead and develop a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring and expanding Stripe’s footprint within the Enterprise segment. You’ll help define how Stripe engages with new customers, build repeatable sales motion, and drive meaningful revenue growth across a diverse portfolio of industries.

What you’ll do

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on new business acquisition and strategic logo growth.
  • Define and execute the long-term go-to-market strategy for Enterprise New Business, driving consistent attainment of pipeline, bookings, and revenue targets.
  • Manage day-to-day operations including forecasting, territory planning, pipeline coverage, and performance against key sales metrics.
  • Coach and mentor the team to excel in consultative, value-based selling, helping them identify and win complex, multi-product opportunities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Development, Product, and Finance to ensure effective pipeline generation, deal execution, and handoff to post-sales teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders within prospective customers, earning trust as a strategic advisor and thought partner.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture that encourages experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent Stripe at industry events, conferences, and strategic forums to build market awareness and uncover new business opportunities.

Who you are

We’re looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial sales leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You’re passionate about developing talent, scaling go-to-market motions, and driving results while maintaining an exceptional customer experience. You balance operational rigor with creativity and inspire your team to exceed ambitious goals.

Minimum requirements

  • 15+ years of total sales experience, including 8+ years leading enterprise sales teams in high-growth technology environments.
  • Proven success building and scaling new business sales motions within large or complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to hire, train, and coach top-performing sales talent.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to build strategic relationships with C-level decision makers.
  • Experience structuring and closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts in clear, business-relevant language.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort navigating ambiguity in evolving markets.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in payments, financial technology, or adjacent SaaS markets.
  • Background in a growth-stage or rapidly scaling technology company.
