What You’ll Do

As a Field Marketing & Sales Associate, you’ll help bring nonprofit campaigns and socially responsible brands to life through face-to-face events, pop-up activations, and community outreach. This is a field-based, people-focused role ideal for communicators, relationship-builders, and motivated sales performers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent nonprofit organizations and ethical brands at live events and outreach activations

  • Conduct direct sales and marketing interactions to engage potential supporters

  • Assist with donor outreach, lead generation, and campaign promotion

  • Collaborate with your team to implement sales and engagement strategies

  • Track performance and sales results using CRM tools

Who We’re Looking For

  • Are 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (college a plus but not required)
