Compensation & Benefits

Estimated annual salary for this role may range from $95,000 to $160,000

What you’ll do in your new role:

  • Lead and build multi-touch, multi-channel, ABM-centric programs and campaigns for specific account tiers using email campaigns, digital ads, direct mail/gifting, chat experience, and more. Collaborate with sales on outreach and follow-up communications ensuring that workflows between sales and marketing are executed in precise, coordinated fashion. 
  • Oversee offer creation and determine the optimal mix of campaigns and assets for target accounts. Partner with stakeholders in sales and marketing to define,establish, and evolve ABM workflows as well as with marketing operations to provide data and ongoing insight into target accounts engagement to drive relevance and timely execution. Develop an especially tight relationship with the content team to create assets that will enable you to customize campaigns according to analysis of buyer need. 
  • Report on the analytics and progression of activities as part of measuring the ROI of the program. Proactively and continuously optimize campaigns for effectiveness to drive measurable results in targeted account penetration, contact and relationship progression, as well as shape Recurly brand awareness within accounts to support sales and pipeline objectives. 

What does it take to be successful in this role?

  • A driven and engaged marketer with a successful track record of developing multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns who understands pipeline management and metrics;
  • A firm understanding of how an ABM programs work, especially the nuances of tailoring marketing programs and campaigns to different audience segments;
  • Experience partnering across internal marketing teams, SDR and sales teams to collaborate and execute successful integrated campaigns
  • Ability to define goals, communicate objectives, bring others (including sales) along to achieve those goals, and report on performance and impact;
  • Critical thinking with the proven ability to think strategically, backed by an exceptional attention to detail in tactical execution;
  • A can-do attitude with the ability to prioritize numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment; 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and even stronger interpersonal skills;
  • Are a high-initiative team player with the ability to collaborate, but also work independently;
  • Experience and knowledge within the subscription or payments industry is a plus as this position will be focused on delivering campaigns targeting subscription and recurring revenue businesses; 
  • 4-8 years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS with progressive growth in responsibilities.
  • Experienced user of an enterprise-class marketing tech-stack: Hand-on Salesforce experience is a must; Marketo or similar marketing automation platform working knowledge is a plus, Demandbase or alternate ABM solution a plus, PFL or similar gifting platform experience a plus.
