Affiliate Marketing Analyst
About the Role
As an Affiliate Marketing Analyst focused on growth and results in the affiliate and influencer space, you will report to our Growth Manager.
You will help grow existing affiliate partnerships and identify new opportunities from both inbound and outbound. As you launch partnerships, you’ll be in charge of scaling them, managing the relationship, and analyzing them to further optimize performance.
This job cannot be performed in the state of Colorado.
In this role, you can expect to
- Grow our affiliate and influencer program through identifying new sources of acquisition and making sure our new partners are consistent and compliant with the Chime brand.
- Manage the day to day to assess whether the campaigns are kept within budget and maximum ROI is within reach.
- Work with compliance, design, and the broader marketing team to ensure all partners are up to date with creative and content.
- Use data driven decisions to assess whether the partnerships are hitting our goals.
- Define and own all testing methodologies associated with partners, including and not limited to creative, content, and landing pages.
To thrive in this role, you have
- Analytical grounding (including intermediate Excel and data analysis skills, Looker experience a plus) and thought process in order to both prioritize opportunities and evaluate the performance of partners.
- Proven track record of relationship development, contract negotiation, and problem solving.
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to think and communicate creatively, thoughtfully, and quickly with both non-technical and technical internal & external teams.
- Working knowledge of affiliate platforms such as Tapfiliate, Impact, Commision Junction or others.
- Experience with influencer marketing experience a plus.
- Strong understanding of marketing channels along with their relevant KPIs such as CTR, CVR, and CPA.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- BA/BS required or equivalent work experience.
