Associate Director, Enrollment Marketing - Health Systems

The Associate Director will be responsible for driving program enrollment with patients/consumers within our health system customers by building and implementing innovative marketing strategies to help meet our revenue goals.
You will:
- Drive program enrollment within our most important customers to ensure we meet our revenue and enrollment goals
- Understands health systems and their patients in order to develop effective annual marketing plans on our approach.
- Implements innovative marketing strategies and programs, looking for ways to cross-pollinate and bring these best practices to multiple customers
- Internal owner of “voice of the patient/consumer,” leading and driving insights on consumer health trends, personas, etc, and putting them into action to create engaging content and programs
- Provides partnership and thought leadership to customers regarding enrollment marketing best practices, driving the marketing conversation and sharing strategic recommendations based on learnings.
- Leads the process to measure campaign effectiveness, CPA and ROI, sharing with the organization and customer
- Monthly enrollment tracking and forecasting, tracking performance to quarterly and annual goals
- Support sales lead in contract renewal efforts Key Deliverables:
- Craft and execute the marketing strategies for our most important customers, helping us hit our goals for program enrollment and revenue
- Build and execute all enrollment campaigns, communication plans and content/collateral tailored to a customer’s unique population, ranging from highly segmented email sends to experiential marketing initiatives
- Lead and measure all multi-channel membership acquisition email, direct mail and text programs
- Execute tests, monitor, and work across teams to implement results
- Collaborate with the account team to develop case studies and stories that highlight return on investment and standard methodologies
- Build and implement multi-year enrollment and repeat plan to ensure ongoing and repeated revenue through the multi-year enterprise customers Your Background Should Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; MBA a plus.
- Demonstrated success in enrollment marketing with patients/consumers in prior roles.
Your background should include:
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in enrollment marketing or consumer campaign experience getting consumers to use a product (customer skillset).
- Strong understanding of patient/consumer communications and marketing.
- Experience with effectively communicating to customers, particularly with patients or consumers
- Experience developing content and messaging targeted at patients/consumes for program enrollment.
- Experience with oncology preferred.
- Shown ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to get results in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated track record of getting things done and growing responsibility over time.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Willing and able to travel as needed.
