About the role: 

Ginger is looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Associate Marketing Manager on our Growth Marketing team. The Associate Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing B2B marketing campaigns across a wide array of marketing channels with the goal of driving qualified leads and revenue. This person will work closely with team members across Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Sales to conceptualize campaigns, create effective messaging, execute webinars, and manage all national events. The ideal candidate will have 2 - 4 years of marketing experience; event management experience is a plus. This candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-growth organizations and must have strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver B2B marketing campaigns, including webinars, events, emails, and advertising. Work closely with the colleagues across marketing to conceptualize campaigns from messaging to promotional/targeting strategies to A/B tests
  • Coordinate and manage the logistics of all in-person and virtual events from start to finish, such as coordinating schedules, scheduling speakers, sending giveaways, pre- and post-event marketing, and uploading lead lists. Work with the design team to produce physical event collateral. When safe, some travel to events will be required.
  • Plan and execute monthly webinars including pre- and post-webinar marketing, speaker coordination, topic preparation, and list uploads to Hubspot
  • Execute the production and deployment of emails, including planning, targeting, segmentation, set-up, basic HTML, testing, deployment and campaign reporting
  • Support online advertising campaigns in trade publications and on social media
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Communications, and Design teams on content production to ensure consistency and quality of messaging
  • Build channel scalability & ROI by experimenting, establishing repeatable success, and scaling our success through process design; provide input and data on optimal marketing channel strategy & budgeting mix based on campaign data

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience; event management experience a plus
  • Some experience using marketing automation platforms
  • Experience in a project management tool
  • Prior work experience in a startup environment (you move quickly and scrappily, and with limited bandwidth, make sound business decisions that move us towards future scale)  
  • Production and process-oriented, with experience running omni-channel campaigns
  • Great collaboration and communication skills to work with all types of teams and personalities
  • An appetite to move quickly, learn, and stretch across new channels and tools
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Advanced proficiency in Zoom (webinars and meetings)
  • Experience with modern marketing technology stack including marketing automation systems, CRM, and display advertising platforms
