What we are looking for:

  • At least 2 years in hands-on role managing Facebook (and Instagram) campaigns with ROAS or CPA targets with >$1M monthly budgets
  • Substantial experience pulling data and generating advanced excel or google sheets reports
  • High attention to detail, top-notch analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to manage numerous ongoing projects with poise
  • An eye for identifying great creative and iterating for ROAS gains (Return on Ad Spend)
  • Willingness to be flexible and open to new challenges as the business needs evolve

Responsibilities of the role: 

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with the broader marketing team, creative team, and external agencies to launch new instructor’s classes
  • Optimize campaign bids and budgets to maximize scale and efficiency on a daily basis
  • Draft hypotheses and design test structures to draw actionable opportunities for scale or efficiency
  • Analyze ad performance and make suggestions for future creative tests
  • Project manage new creative and landing page requests to improve the conversion funnel
  • Create reports using Excel or Sheets and communicate insights to the broader Marketing team
  • Report directly to the Performance Marketing Manager

Requirements:

  • Strong grasp of Facebook Ads Manager (features, best practices, learning algorithm, etc.)
  • Substantial experience pulling data and generating excel/sheets reports
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
