B2B Lifecycle Marketing Manager
The opportunity
Grammarly empowers people to thrive and connect, whenever and wherever they communicate. More than 20 million people around the world use our AI-powered writing assistant every day. All of this begins with our team collaborating in a values-driven and learning-oriented environment.
To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a B2B Lifecycle Marketing Manager to focus full-time on driving growth to Grammarly Business.
You’ll focus mostly on evolving our (currently minimal) demand gen and MQL efforts into a mature ecosystem of touchpoints that increase awareness, interest, activation, and ultimately the adoption of Grammarly Business. To be successful, you will need to create and automate effective customer journeys to drive conversions to both the self-serve product (for smaller teams)and larger enterprise accounts.
Your impact
Grammarly Business is the next big venture for our company and you will have a very active and important role in building it from the ground up. This is also a fantastic opportunity to learn lifecycle marketing skills on a lean and high-performing team.
- In the first few weeks, you’ll become deeply familiar with Grammarly’s B2B product (Grammarly Business) and the needs of our brand new North American Sales team.
- By month three, you’ll take full ownership of our MQL process and look to improve the quality, velocity, and overall mechanics of how we cross-sell consumer Grammarly customers to Grammarly Business. This will include evolving our lead and account scoring techniques.
- By month six, you'll have figured out inventive ways to automate synchronization between our marketing and sales CRM tools. You’ll also have launched or supported the launch of new tactics for supporting the sales cycle (e.g., pilot our first webinar series).
- By year one, you will have helped our Sales team increase the quality and quantity of leads and developed new ways to cross-sell Grammarly Business to our consumer customer prospects. You'll also partner heavily with Lifecycle's monetization lead on how to better nurture and retain Grammarly Business accounts.
- BEYOND: Congrats! You've helped build Grammarly's next great growth vertical for the company and established yourself as a leader on the Lifecycle team.
We’re looking for someone who
- Embodies our EAGER values—is ethical, adaptable, gritty, empathetic, and remarkable.
- Has effectively led B2B marketing programs before, is detail-oriented, and understands how to drive a project from A to Z.
- Is both a creative and data-driven thinker and cares deeply about precise targeting as well as delightful, on-brand experiences.
- Is an excellent communicator and enjoys servicing internal requests.
- Thrives on autonomy and is gritty enough to solve challenging problems that could take multiple quarters to complete.
