Brand Marketing Manager
NextRoll Inc., the marketing technology company delivering products ambitious marketers use and rely on to grow their businesses, is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join its marketing team. NextRoll as a corporate brand name is still in its infancy, so there’s a ton of opportunity to craft how people know and think about us in the market alongside our core business units, AdRoll and RollWorks. We’re looking for a go-getter who is excited to promote what’s happening within the company and eager to take us from a corporate name to an established corporate brand.
As Brand Manager, you will create, design, and manage promotional activities for the NextRoll brand, ensuring that all teams are rowing in the same brand direction. You will live and breathe all things NextRoll, keeping your finger on the pulse of all corporate happenings while turning them into stories, content, and initiatives internally and externally.
As Brand Marketing Manager, you will:
- Develop a plan for the NextRoll blog and own the rollout including sourcing and writing content.
- Develop a plan for NextRoll’s social and execute across channels. Activities will include creating a social media calendar with key dates/events, proactively flagging and engaging in social conversations, elevating internal work and milestones on channels, and more.
- Work alongside key stakeholders to create the internal and external positioning for NextRoll, manage the rollout, and ensure messaging is being used and is consistent company-wide.
- Develop a deep understanding of key audiences for NextRoll and uncover ways to tell stories and content that resonates with them
- Help internal teams and diverse employee-resource-groups (ERGs) tell their stories, create content, and promote awareness of their programs inside and outside the company.
- Create an internal Brand Report to rollout regularly across the entire company, and work to bake in Brand updates in ongoing company-wide activities (e.g. newsletters, surveys, town halls, etc.).
The impact you’ll make:
- The Brand Marketing Manager is critical to the internal flywheel – ensuring our employees, customers, investors, and the mainstream audience are informed on company-wide happenings.
- You will report to the Head of Communications – collaborating, and executing on brand initiatives internally and externally.
- You’ll collaborate across all business units – NextRoll corporate, AdRoll, RollWorks – and will collaborate with various teams, ensuring who we are, what we do, and where we’re going, is visible externally.
Skills you’ll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience across b2b or b2c that can span marketing, content, social, comms and/or brand management.
- Desire to learn and grow, with proven experience to illustrate your mindset.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and working styles while also being able to operate and execute individually.
- Strategic planning and efficient time management; able to work on multiple projects at once.
- Organizational skills and a go-getter attitude that strives to get the job done.
- Effective communication in your day-to-day activities, blockers, and successes – and a proactive communication approach.
- Curiosity in the happenings of internal organizations and interest in helping bring those projects and activities to life in creative and timely ways.
