Campaign Marketing Manager

Overview of the Role
PagerDuty is looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for establishing and rolling out integrated demand gen programs that support new business initiatives e.g Rundeck by PagerDuty or Customer Service Ops. Working in a highly cross functional role, you will be the glue that brings together various acquisition or cross-sell initiatives into a well aligned concentrated effort to drive overall pipeline activity.
- Create integrated marketing campaigns based on new market segments and new business lines to gain new customers and build repeat business.
- Develop short term and long terms plans to drive new business acquisition or through installed base programs to accelerate cross-sell.
- Lead a cross-functional team across Product Marketing, Performance and Content to align around the campaign strategy and drive execution, activation, enablement, and create feedback loop.
- Create and own a campaign performance for new business lines by measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of campaign activities on pipeline, revenue, and the demand funnel.
- A successful candidate in this role provides big picture thinking, and meticulous attention to detail – ability to quickly understand overall business objectives, create a well-aligned marketing strategy and execution plans with clearly defined metrics.
- 3-6 years of relevant marketing experience, primarily in B2B tech.
- Demonstrated success owning the strategy, framework, development and execution for global, multichannel demand generation campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments.
- Exceptional ability to lead, influence and work across organizational boundaries with a strong track record of cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to operate and excel at strategic as well as tactical levels. --Willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
