Opportunity

We are looking for a Channel & Alliances Marketing Director who understands the Contact Center market, and can help define and support our joint go to market strategy across the UJET partner ecosystem, including both indirect sales, and integration partners. Reporting into the CMO, you’ll work with both our Channel and Alliances teams to create and deliver partner recruiting programs, on-boarding, training, and partner enablement, incentives and SPIFFs, and joint marketing programs, materials, and content. 
The ideal candidate has business development and product or field marketing experience within the Contact Center and/or Telecommunications markets.

The role requires a person who can both leverage and extended existing core marketing materials and strategy, and refactor them as needed for different partners, and target segments and personas.

Responsibilities

  • Create and support the overall channel marketing strategy, budget, campaigns, events and enablement programs for UJET channel and alliance partners
  • Manage, monitor and optimize a cross-functional marketing program that combines multiple channel disciplines (master agents, sub-agents, value added resellers, system integrators, technology partners)
  • Create, implement and manage joint marketing plans with key channel and alliance partners
  • Drive co-branded marketing campaigns through the partner portal
  • Manage partner communication programs to build and maintain mindshare, product awareness, and sales readiness across all partners
  • Act as an advocate for partners to identify joint media and other opportunities to leverage our collective GTM capabilities to drive visibility for both UJET and our partners.
  • Ownership & management of the channel marketing communications & events calendars.
  • Responsible for the global Partner Portal infrastructure, updating documents, posting new information, etc., for regional consumption.
  • Support the development of channel event strategy and UJET speaking opps by supporting channel sales and marketing goals through curated partner, and industry events (both digital and live)
  • Regularly evaluate competitive partner programs, events and content to inform UJET’s strategy

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product marketing, partner marketing, or business development in the Contact Center or Telecommunications industies
  • Bachelor’s Degree. MBA a plus. 
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Proven presentation and communications skills, online or live required
  • Proven ability to lead programs and projects across multiple teams in a collaborative way
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in an evolving environment with changing priorities
