Consumer Communications Lead
The Communications team at Plaid is looking for a hands-on senior public relations professional to build the Plaid brand among consumers. This is a key role that will shape the messaging, plans and stories to grow awareness of how Plaid, and the fintech services powered by Plaid, can help improve people’s financial lives. The ideal candidate is passionate about lifestyle media relations and has deep experience brand building through multi-channel communication programs. You have experience managing people or agencies, yet are willing to roll up your sleeves to bring the stories to life that inspire people to use the fintech services that improve people’s financial lives.

- 8+ years experience in public relations; financial services industry experience a plus
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills and a proven track record in integrated communications
- Relationships with consumer press
- Experience managing influencer programs
- An understanding of how to leverage content strategies to drive consumer awareness
- A passion for being a part of high-performing teams with a strong bias for action
