About Us:

What makes the difference between a product that's engaging, compelling, and easy to use and one that's frustrating, broken, and complicated? The answer is user experience. Here at UserTesting, our mission is to help our customers create great experiences. We enable every organization to deliver the best customer experience powered by human insight.

About the team:

We are looking for a Content Manager to join our Customer Education Team to produce and maintain eLearning content for our customers and partners. We are looking for people who are kind, customer-focused, and team players. We celebrate diversity, creativity, and above all, collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Develop eLearning content end-to-end by outlining, authoring, and producing content, to include text, video, activities, and quizzes.
  • Build article content and manage the content creation process in the Knowledgebase.
  • Update existing education content to include working with internal subject matter experts in product, marketing, tech writing, professional services, etc.
  • Effectively leverage instructional design models (i.e., ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, etc.) to build new and update eLearning content.
  • Partner cross-functionally to maintain and execute a content roadmap that addresses customer needs.
  • Analyze usage and effectiveness of educational content to continuously improve our customers’ learning experience.
  • Administer and maintain ongoing Education programs and associated tools.
  • Evangelize for education content, internally and externally.
  • Present virtual training sessions to customers and internally, as needed.

What you should have

  • Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, library science, user experience research, or user experience design, or relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience creating help center, knowledge base, and educational content for training sessions (live or on-demand)
  • Experience creating and editing visual assets, such as images or video content
  • Proficiency with video production software, such as Camtasia or Premiere Pro
  • Strong and engaging communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Previous B2B SaaS and enterprise software experience
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
