Content Marketing Manager, Employer Brand
The opportunity
Grammarly empowers people to thrive and connect, whenever and wherever they communicate. More than 20 million people around the world use our AI-powered writing assistant every day. All of this begins with our team collaborating in a values-driven and learning-oriented environment.
To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager for Employer Brand to join our Content Marketing team. This scrappy content marketer will own all of Grammarly’s content streams focused on the prospective employee audience in North America. They’ll manage multiple channels’ strategies, explore new strategies and opportunities for recruitment marketing, and own several editorial calendars—while still having the chance to engage directly in content creation. In partnership with stakeholders across all Grammarly teams, the Content Marketing Manager will expand the reach and possibilities of Grammarly’s employer brand.
Your impact
As the owner of Grammarly’s content focused on prospective employees, you’ll be able to drive this function to new heights with the support of the team. You’ll also help to accelerate Grammarly’s growth and development as an employer by creating content serving a diverse pool of talent and demonstrating that Grammarly is a place where people can grow their careers on a mission-driven team.
- Within your first 30 days, you’ll become immersed in Grammarly’s employer brand strategy, style guide, and current content creation processes.
- By month three, you’ll be the expert on content creation for prospective employees. You will own all of Grammarly’s current North American employer brand channels, and you’ll begin to create a robust employer brand content calendar.
- By month six, you’ll expand employer brand content creation and content reach by finding new channels, content types, and marketing opportunities that fit Grammarly’s North American recruiting needs.
- By year one, you’ll create the content strategy and calendar needed to support employer brand content in a scalable, ROI-positive manner.
