Content Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a proactive and creative content marketer to join Miro’s Content Marketing & Communications team. Your job will be equal parts strategy and execution, creating engaging content backed by keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance insights that supports our acquisition goals.
What You’ll Do
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers, personas, use cases and topic areas. Become a subject matter expert around core themes
- Collaborate with the Acquisition, SEO, and Design teams to develop and execute content strategies to convert prospects to users
- Build content that’s optimized for our users’ interests and to drive organic traffic, keyword ranking in search, and conversion
- Manage key content projects cross-functionally, working with design, subject matter experts, and freelance writers
- Continuously audit existing content, optimize for performance and identify new opportunities to fill gaps in our buyer’s journey with content
- Contribute to our playbook and scalable strategy for content distribution
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, marketing, communication, or similar
- 4+ years experience creating content (SaaS experience a plus)
- Good understanding of SEO best practices and keyword research
- Good understanding of content measurement and metrics
- Google Analytics experience required; Looker, Hubspot, SEMRush a plus
- Experience working with design teams
- Experience optimizing content for conversion
- Superb writing and editorial skills
- Excellent communication and project management chops
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, results-driven, sometimes ambiguous environment
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with distributed teammates
- Knowledge of collaboration space
- Familiarity with and interest in product development practices, UX methodologies, Agile, design thinking
