We are looking for a strong content writer with a flair for technology and an understanding of the cloud. To succeed in the role, you must be able to craft compelling and dynamic content that engages our customers and enforces our brand. You are a self-starter that knows how to balance multiple priorities while delivering high-quality content for multiple teams at Druva. Responsibilities include writing and copy editing content for blogs, events, customer collateral and more. Unlike similar roles, the ideal candidate will have a good understanding of technology in order to take their writing to the next level.

Responsibilities:

  • Write dynamic, compelling content for our customers, newsletters, events and more.
  • Manage the submission and review of contributed blogs, including proofreading, editing, fact-checking, and optimization.
  • Work within a cross-functional marketing team including creative design, demand generation, corporate marketing and social media to deliver relevant content to our target audiences.
  • Participate in the development and execution of the content strategy
  • Provide copy editing support to the broader marketing team
  • Manage Druva’s content library and maintain current content in support of sales
  • Write for search engine optimization (SEO) and incorporate keywords where needed

Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidate will have a blend of writing and technical acumen 
  • Previous experience in a SaaS technology company or cloud services a strong plus
  • 3-5 years of content marketing, marcom or equivalent experience
  • Excellent writing and copy editing skills, with strong verbal communications
  • Creative, highly organized, detail-oriented, results-motivated and agile.
  • Experience with a variety of content mediums, including: written, graphic, video, webinar, web/email, social, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field (Marketing, Business, English, etc.)
