About the Role

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to help us create content to help employees, managers, and HR leaders find more meaning in work, create better workplace culture, and build high-performing teams who love what they do and where they work.  In partnership with the Content Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining Lattice’s content library.  You’ll help execute the content team’s editorial calendar, creating content on a range of workplace topics, including employee engagement, company culture, management best practices, remote work, and others.  As one of the marketing team’s go-to writers and subject matter experts, you’ll also provide copywriting support for emails, landing pages, and demand generation campaigns.

The Content Marketing Specialist also plays a role in maintaining and improving Lattice’s organic search traffic.  In addition to implementing recommendations from a search engine optimization (SEO) consultant, you’ll work with the Content Marketing Manager to coordinate guest post opportunities and identify backlinking opportunities.  You’ll use keyword research and user engagement metrics to inform content creation and upkeep.

Responsibilities

  • Create and publish engaging content across a variety of mediums, including articles, ebooks, reports, and webinars
  • Optimize new and existing content library according to SEO best practices
  • Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to edit and write effective copy for emails, landing pages, and marketing campaigns
  • Analyze website traffic and make recommendations based on user engagement metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and hot topics to generate new ideas
  • Collaborate with Lattice partners and third-parties to generate backlinks and coordinate guest posts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3+ years marketing experience with at least 1 year in a hands-on content role — inside a B2B SaaS technology company preferred
  • Excellent communication and writing skills are a must
  • Prior work experience in content marketing and/or SEO optimization
  • Proficiency in Webflow or similar content management system
  • An editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic analytics
  • Project management skills and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in HR technology is a nice-to-have!

Why Lattice?

  • The opportunity to join a very fast growing company built by an ambitious team that’s passionate about solving customers’ needs and loves coming to work every day. (That’s not rhetoric, we really mean it.)
  • A culture that supports and promotes professional growth and development
  • Competitive salary, equity, and benefits
  • Centrally located FiDi office
  • Flexible vacation/time-off policy
  • Other fun perks like continuous learning reimbursements, office snacks & team trips
