The ideal candidate is an experienced copywriter with a strong technical background--someone who has a facility with grasping technical concepts and a flair for taking product capabilities and turning them into persuasive copy.
As a copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting and editing copy for web pages, email campaigns, and events. You will work closely with our product marketing team on each launch, and be the crucial interface between our product’s technical capabilities and our enthusiastic and tech-savvy customers and prospects. In addition to writing marketing copy, you’ll be tapped to occasionally edit blog posts, ebooks, and other resources. You should be comfortable maintaining brand guidelines and writing for multiple audiences.
As we’re a startup, you can expect a lot of variety in the work from week to week, and you’ll be part of a fun and caring team, eager to provide the support and resources you need.

- Write copy for landing pages, email, conference booths, ads, and other marketing needs as they arise.
- Additional editing as needed for written materials generated by the team.
- Ensure communications are technically correct and tonally appropriate for our audience.
What we're looking for:
- You have 3+ years of experience as a copywriter
- You have proven success as a copywriter for a technical audience.
- You have some familiarity with dev tooling and writing about software.
- You are self-directed and strategic: the ideal candidate can take given source materials, and ask questions or source additional context as necessary to execute on a given task.
- You enjoy writing and content creation in general. You deeply enjoy sharing what you know and helping others to grow.
- Strong grasp of English writing, grammar, and mechanics, and opinionated editing.
