We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager to help us grow our enterprise business in partnership with the Webflow Sales organization 

About the role 

  • Location: Local, remote, or either

As a Demand Generation Manager, you’ll … 

  • Develop and execute campaign strategies and roadmaps that achieve quarterly pipeline goals
  • Launch and optimize campaigns leveraging content, email, ads, affiliates, partners, and more
  • Set targets, manage budgets, measure and report on pipeline goals
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, contenting, brand, analytics, and sales leaders on demand generation strategy and campaign development
  • Work with sales on goals, budgets, campaigns, email nurture strategies, and lead management processes

And this isn’t just a philosophical bent: we actually give you 4 hours a week (10% of the work week) to pursue passion projects outside of your role responsibilities. 

About you 

You’ll thrive as (a) Demand Generation Manager if you:

  • Have a proven track record of scaling ad spend within demand generation campaigns 
  • Experience of building full-funnel demand generation campaigns and programs
  • Experience at B2B SaaS companies, with a focus on mid-market and enterprise sales 
  • Expertise with marketing automation and CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Track record of hitting aggressive pipeline targets and generating revenue

If you don’t meet 100% of the above qualifications, you should still seriously consider applying. Studies show that you can still be considered for a role if you meet just 50% of the role’s requirements.
