The Role
Lark is seeking a talented Demand Generation Manager to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for setting the strategy and executing growth marketing campaigns.  The campaigns will generate new leads and nurture existing leads to drive sales pipeline, increase funnel velocity, and help meet revenue targets. The role manages a small team that reports to the Chief Strategy Officer.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and execute structured, multi-channel, integrated B2B lead gen and lead nurture Channels will include: Website, Email, Social, SEM, SEO, Retargeting, Direct Mail, Events, Webinars
  • Partner with sales to identify target customers in each market segment, and to create appropriate lead gen goals
  • Partner with product marketing to develop buying personas and understand needs, pain points, and positioning
  • Create and maintain a schedule of campaigns, aligning with sales on campaign status
  • Request thought leadership and other assets needed to further the Lark story with the selected audience
  • Analyze campaign results and make data-based tweaks to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Pipeline/funnel analysis

What You’ll Need

  • Have experience in B2B lead gen, campaign strategy/structure, asset development, and digital & outbound marketing
  • Exp. with marketing campaign platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Silverpop, etc) 
  • Creative - willing to try unique strategies
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams - sales, product marketing and data
  • Well versed in metrics such as Conversion Rates, Cost per Conversion, Lead to close ratio, Return on ad spend, Cost per acquisition
  • Expert with Salesforce 
  • Experience with marketing automation systems
  • Experience working in a fast paced or hyper-growth environment
  • PMP or project management experience strongly preferred

Education and Experience

  • 5-8 years’ experience in a demand generation function
  • 3+ years’ experience managing a team
  • Experience in healthcare is a big plus

Lark offers the option to work remotely in the United States.  For Colorado Applicants only: minimum annual salary is $120,000 (minimum salary varies for other geographies). You may also be offered a bonus, stock options and/or benefits.  The company is headquartered in Mountain View, CA.
