The Demand Generation Manager will be a part of Clarify's Marketing and Communications Team. The individual will be responsible for leading demand generation strategy and campaigns. The role will require a professional and creative problem-solver and self-starter with strong logistical, organizational, and interpersonal skills who can operate effectively in a startup. 

The Role

  • Lead, design, and execute demand generation strategy and campaigns
  • Own the development of a content strategy and creation of content (white papers, case studies, e-books, webinars, videos, etc) that will drive demand and is aligned to the stages of the buyer’s journey.
  • Drive creation of compelling and effective campaign ads and landing pages for each stage of the buyer’s journey
  • Experiment to continuously improve the quantity, quality, conversion, and cadence of leads across organic and paid channels, including social, search, display, partnerships/affiliates, and other online and offline tactics
  • Prepare campaign playbooks for BDR/Sales and collaborate with team on multi-channel outreach and nurture/follow-up strategy
  • Regularly measure and analyze the performance of campaigns, website, blog, landing pages, and other digital marketing assets
  • Develop and manage the budget required to meet demand generation goals
  • Establish processes and on-board tools to efficiently manage and measure demand generation activities
  • Research and provide guidance for website SEO Develop deep expertise in brand, messaging, audience personas, and buyer journey, and share insights with cross-functional teams

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, preferably at a SaaS startup
  • Strong analytical skills, with a test-and-learn mindset to drive results
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work and adapt to changing priorities. Highly motivated,
  • Self-directed, team player
  • Healthcare experience preferred
