About the Job

Productiv is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to build and execute a digital go-to-market across marketing channels that shapes the experience throughout the customer lifecycle. We're looking for a growth-minded expert in their field who will drive our digital strategy, test new strategies and ideas, and grow our digital footprint for both paid and unpaid campaigns.

This is one of those rare positions where you'll get to be strategic in defining our content strategy, while still rolling your sleeves up and getting to do the satisfying work of building and testing the digital engine.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the digital strategy across channels for the full customer lifecycle 
  • Develop and analyze goals, performance and other key metrics, using it to inform the overall digital strategy 
  • Unify our digital efforts with the efforts of integrated teams, both in marketing and across the organization 
  • Partner with the field, customer and product teams to develop experiences and offers that will best deliver on company goals throughout the digital journey
  • Collaborate with vendors and our operations teams to improve our audience segmentation and media strategy
  • Provide education to the broader team to share best practices and show results
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for all things Productiv Digital Marketing 

Required Skills and Experience

You are:

You have:

  • Deep experience in digital marketing for B2B technology sales (5+ Years)
  • Experience developing and running both paid and unpaid digital marketing campaigns 
  • Subject matter expertise in the latest best practices and technologies that drive a winning strategy 
  • Excellent communication skills for driving strategy and fulfilling complex, integrated team requests and championing new ideas
  • A bias of quick and decisive action
  • A proven data-driven approach to iterating on digital campaigns
  • Growth mindset, thriving on challenges and opportunities in a fast-paced, startup environment
