We are looking for a Director of Account Based Marketing for the Enterprise Marketing team who will partner with and enable the Commercial Sales team to generate new employer opportunities.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Drive Revenue Opportunities: Define the scalable and repeatable ABM GTM strategy to generate multiple enterprise level account meetings, month over month by partnering closely with Commercial sales on 100% of major sales meetings.
  • Create Growth: Drive messaging, content and campaigns and demonstrate outcomes in partnership with Demand Generation, Sales, Partnerships and Design. 
  • Lead Cross-Functionally: Serve as conduit to the sales team for planning, updates and running integrated marketing plays by pulling together cross functional teams to close major account opportunities.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Demonstrated, experienced expert in multi-channel ABM programs: technical and creative to optimize campaign ROI
  • Exceptional marketer who creates persuasive and memorable B2B sales enablement tools and communications for employers, health plans, and consultants
  • Detective of deep customer insights: Understands psychology, pain points & value prop for each persona and then creates memorable messaging that use specific words and imagery to influence behavior and differentiate Hinge Health from the competition
  • Expert in prioritization: Create team culture and cross-functional processes that prioritize the highest leverage & revenue-generating projects, despite competing demands.
  • Cross-org management skills to manage direct reports, cross functional team and multiple partnerships at once, recommend alignment and prioritization, and processes to ensure all success criteria are met.
  • Creative problem solver who is able to think outside of the box and independently to deliver information on fluid concepts that require interpretation and resolution of ambiguity for clarity with prospects.
