The Role
As an experienced product marketer, you will shape Lark’s consumer experiences across all touchpoints - from initial awareness through enrollment, engagement and retention.  You’ll serve as the eyes, ears and voice of the customer, ensuring that our customer experiences produce both delight and high ROI.  Lead development, testing and refinement of marketing funnels and onboarding, customer communications, engagement and retention campaigns, customer support responses, and other key experiences.

Reporting to the Vice President of Consumer Marketing, this is a highly cross-functional leadership role requiring close coordination with product management, operations, customer service, account management, and other departments.  

What You’ll Do

  • Develop an extraordinary understanding of our customers and Lark’s value proposition and positioning
  • Lead creation and implementation of segmentation and personalization strategies
  • Drive significantly higher conversion, retention and engagement rates through the development of more effective marketing funnels and customer experiences.
  • Unify customer communications strategy across all channels, with a focus on customer experience, brand and customer personas, personalization, compliance, and measurable effectiveness
  • Oversee all acquisition and engagement communications with consumers
  • Author crisp and compelling user stories and business cases, and partner closely with product managers to drive the development of new features and functionality
  • Own the testing roadmap, craft tests and experiments with high potential impact, and ensure they are rigorously implemented and measured
  • Author and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and partnership programs
  • Manage a small team and the agency relationships

What You’ll Need

  • Your decision-making is centered around what’s best for the customer, what does the data show, and how can we best achieve success at scale
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable reviewing and analyzing business performance metrics, KPIs, ability to pivot when the data tells you
  • Deftness at navigating an organization and forming strong partnerships with multiple cross-functional teams
  • You live and breathe scalability, relentlessly prioritize and cringe at the mention of ‘low hanging fruit’ and ‘easy wins’
  • Success in bringing out the best in teammates, direct reports, and external partners as a mentor and manager

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, an MBA is preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of success in B2C-owing the Customer experience, being their eyes and ears.
  • 10-15 years experience in product marketing, product management and/or customer experience management with high-engagement consumer products, especially mobile apps
  • Experience in healthcare marketing, or marketing in another highly regulated industry
  • You have worked for successful companies at different stages of the business lifecycle and understand how to create robust, practical processes and systems to drive sustainable growth at scale
  • Have a deep understanding of how to position and present data, with solid SQL and spreadsheet skills
  • Passionate about digital health and telemedicine

Lark offers the option to work remotely in the United States except for Colorado. We have identified the “core” period of the day during which all employees are required to work for scheduled meetings, syncs, scrums between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Pacific time.
