Director of Demand Generation
You’re a Demand Gen leader and we’re the dominant account-based platform for B2B marketing and sales teams. What a match! We’re looking for a Director of Demand Generation to spearhead creating and overseeing the execution of top notch programs (lots of ABM!) to acquire new customers, retain existing customers, and drive upsell opportunities in our rapidly growing customer base.
As the Director of Demand Generation at RollWorks, you will be responsible for driving cost-effective demand using a combination of traditional and account-based marketing techniques and programs. You will work collaboratively with a dream-team of RevOps, Sales Development, and other internal and external stakeholders. And you will have a blast designing and managing end-to-end execution to achieve marketing goals in a fast-moving startup environment.

The impact you’ll make:
- Oversee a team of demand focused managers and ensure segment specific traditional and ABM campaigns are successfully planned and implemented
- Lead the Strategic demand creation pod to identify and execute key 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs
- Audit marketing mix and investment levels to align to strategic direction, sales focus areas, and ROI analysis per vendor/ channel
- Diligently manage the demand gen program budget, ensuring that we responsibly invest 100% of our quarterly budget to reach demand goals
- Leverage reporting dashboards and cooperate with RevOp and BI to track and report on demand generation performance metrics, and use this data to continually optimize performance
- Work collaboratively with partner marketing to execute against partner integration announcements and co-marketing opportunities, including cross-promotion, webinars and the like
Skills you’ll bring:
- 7-10 years of experience in demand generation within B2B SaaS organizations
- Proven ability to develop, execute, and measure innovative and results-focused demand programs and campaigns
- Demonstrated analytical ability, specifically around program measurement and ROI
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth company: 3+ years experience at 2-500 person start-up a plus
- Strong knowledge of the mar-tech ecosystem including major vendors, platforms, data tracking mechanisms, privacy implications, etc.
- Big picture thinking partnered with the ability (and willingness) to execute at the ground-level
