GRAIL is looking for an experienced Director of Growth Marketing focused on lead generation and lead nurture ideally with a healthcare background. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Digital Marketing Operations. This candidate will have built platforms from scratch and optimized them to generate high quality MQLs that drive growth, reduce sales cycle time and or drive engagement. The candidate must be able to operate in a fast-paced organization with high expectations on quality of deliverables. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced marketing leader seeking to join a high-performing mission-driven team.
You will:
- Co-create digital performance marketing and awareness campaigns with marketing team and execute those campaigns with ownership for results targeting B2B and B2B2C entities.
- Assess technology requirements and build appropriate marketing automation platforms and tools to drive digital functionality and performance at scale. Once built you will iterate and optimize.
- Establish dashboards and own reporting and all results including, ultimately, full funnel attribution.
- Partner with agencies from strategy through to execution and analysis on campaigns.
- Determine staffing and tech stack needs as a piece of the overall digital roadmap but be comfortable as an individual contributor, initially.
- Present results to cross functional areas and management
Your Background Should Include
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 10+ years experience in Digital Marketing with best in class tools and platforms including SEO/SEM, Programmatic Display, Retargeting, Email, Paid Social, Mobile/SMS.
- Expertise in digital marketing automation platforms like Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo and proven success building a performance tech stack
- Strength in data analysis and in depth experience devising and executing tests
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to drive results in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
- Leadership experience in a startup environment managing budgets and people
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- MBA or other Masters degree
- Healthcare and or highly regulated business sector experience a plus.
