We are seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to lead our paid media strategy across Social, Online, Influencers, Referral and Affiliate and to improve our Social Media (organic) and email marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will be a digital marketing leader with deep experience in creating ground-breaking and innovative integrated campaigns that push boundaries and who can develop and lead an “always on” playbook to drive rapid community expansion. They will partner closely with other marketing, public relations, product and growth teams to craft and execute programs that take our brand to a new level! Is this you?

What You Will Do

• Lead strategy, forecasting and execution of all paid digital marketing activities and expand our social and CRM effectiveness
• Priority will be to focus on enhancing and optimizing efforts on paid channels with secondary focus on improving our social marketing (organic) and CRM
• With Product Marketing, develop and drive digital go-to-market strategy for product launches and marketing initiatives
• Handle digital marketing budget and allocation, continually evaluating and optimizing return on investment
• Through the Social Media Manager, drive an “always on” social media strategy growing the size and engagement of our audience
• Develop the content strategy for email marketing
• Cultivate key relationships across product marketing, PR, creative, and growth marketing teams
• Build and execute digital testing roadmap to continually improve campaign performance
• Lead external digital and media agencies as needed

Who You Are

• 10+ years experience in digital marketing including a strong understanding of social media and CRM
• Experience using Hubspot, Blueshift, or a similar communication and email platform
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics and tools across digital marketing channels (e.g. AdWords, Facebook Advertising, etc)
• Experience working with performance marketing (SEO, SEM, and PPC)
• Highly analytical and detail oriented
• Excel in strategic prioritization and decision making; effectively balance long term business goals with short term needs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent leadership and project management skills; ability to build an incredible team
