Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Director of Enterprise Marketing to help us to build the strategy to bring our groundbreaking technology to health systems, hospitals, provider groups, and more.  The right candidate is a proven leader who can define our messaging and marketing strategy, identify unique marketing opportunities, and build comprehensive data-driven campaigns.  This individual will need to know how to market both hardware and software, and will serve as a cross-functional leader, helping to bring our enterprise strategy to life in close collaboration with sales, clinical, product, marketing leadership.

As part of our team, your core responsibilities will be: 

• Work cross-functionally to build our enterprise narrative and marketing strategy 
• Work closely with our clinical marketing team to define and execute our enterprise clinical strategy
• Build, launch, and activate our enterprise solutions
• Oversee our sales enablement strategy and our strong partnership with our enterprise commercial teams
• Lead our enterprise-focused events strategy
• Develop high-value programs that drive awareness, demand, and revenue in partnership with our sales, product, and marketing teams

Qualifications

Baseline skills/experiences/attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of healthcare marketing or related experience
• Proven success in building out go-to-market strategies for software or healthcare products
• Demonstrated ability to design comprehensive marketing strategies and oversee the execution of campaigns
• Experience working in close partnership with enterprise sales and clinical teams
• Strong email/web/social writing ability 
• Healthcare experience

Ideally, you also have these skills/experiences/attributes (but it’s ok if you don’t!):

• Medical device or medical software experience
• Experience working in a start-up/ start-up environment
